Annual Cleaning Assessment

Dust, pollen, and mold spore accumulation mapped. Gentle cleaning protocols assessed: the right method for the finish system, never a pressure washer. Premature finish degradation caught before it becomes re-staining work.

STEP 03

UV Exposure Audit

South- and west-facing walls receive the most solar load. We assess whether a maintenance coat is warranted before full degradation sets in. A maintenance coat costs a fraction of a full strip-and-restain.

STEP 04

Drainage & Moisture Review

Gutters, downspouts, sprinkler proximity, and vegetation contact reviewed. Water sitting on logs is the single most preventable cause of rot and finish failure. We flag anything that's directing water toward the wall.

STEP 05

Maintenance Coat (if required)

Water-based maintenance stain applied to high-exposure walls when the existing coat is still adhering. Extends full stain system life by 2–3 years without blasting or full-surface prep.

STEP 06

Written Maintenance Record

Each visit documented with condition notes and next recommended service window. You have a paper trail of your home's treatment history, useful for insurance, future sale, and peace of mind.
